Exceptional detached bungalow/casita only 4 minutes drive from tabernas town with tons of shops, emergency and medical centre, pharmacy, post office and every bar with tapas/restaurants you could ever need. All this only 20 minutes from central Almeria. 15 minutes from sorbas and it’s magical lagoon and 8 mins from the famous motor bike circuit. It’s amazing, this place has so many hidden gems, too many to list here but please ask me.
The casita/bungalow offers a Private walled garden and there is off road parking, secured by gates on the premises.
The casita is brand new, everything newly furnished and can boast the highest standards with regards to furnishings and fittings, right down to the luxurious double bed and mattress. The shower room is spacious and of the highest quality. All of this nestled within an olive grove of 4000 meters of which you are free to roam. The lounge diner has a perfect eating area should you want to eat indoors. WiFi and a smart TV in the lounge is provided. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob microwave and countertop oven, toaster, coffee maker and hob top kettle🌞 there are orange and lemon trees plus figs if you wish to eat fresh from the trees. Outside the main house there is a permanent plunge pool 2.5 x 2.5m of which you can use. A wonderful chill space with fresh country air everyday. Sorry no pets or children. Smoking is permitted outside in the casita garden.
