Finca close to the coast and amongst a protected forest area.The road to the main house from the beach is approximately 7km, that is approximately a 10 minute drive, and is asphalted up to the front door of the house. There are some 5km of existing internal roads on the finca and there is water all year round.

Due to the topography of the terrain, there are locations on the estate with views to Gibraltar which have not changed for hundreds of years, so one has the illusion that there is only the forest, sea, Gibraltar and Africa with little between. Possibility to renovate the existing building and to restore some of the ruins on the estate.

The farm house has been refurbished and redecorated in keeping with the character of the property and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen/breakfast room, a double drawing room, dressing room, swimming pool, sun terraces, 4 garages and a vegetable garden. There is a further guest cottage with double bedroom, kitchen, lounge and shower room. There are also 4 out-houses used for storing tools and animals, and a number of ruined cottages.The Rio Velerin flows through the property and has numerous waterfalls and rock swimming pools. There is approximately 100.000 m2 of flat land which is ideal for a plantation and used to be a mango plantation.The electricity comes from a transformer which is on the property. There is a permission to extract approximately 18.000 m3 of water per year from the River Velerin.This water is taken to a deposit by an old Roman acueduct from a higher point of the property. There is also a legalised well on the property but it is not used as the other system does not need electricity consumption. On the property there are boars, partridge and other birds have been seen.
